Our team runs a proof-of-concept with the school and issues a written sign-off when done.
They sign onboarding
The school executes the onboarding agreement and pays the initial invoice in cleared funds.
You get paid
Submit your payout claim with your reference number. We verify and transfer your reward.

The clock starts when we issue the written POC sign-off. The sooner your school signs onboarding, the larger your share.

Within 7 days
Onboarding signed within one week of the completed proof-of-concept.
15%
7 days – 1 month
Referral converts after the first week but inside the first calendar month.
10%
1 – 2 months
Elapsed time passes one month but has not yet reached two months.
5%
2+ months
Floor rate every qualifying referral earns at least this percentage.
Percentages apply only to the initial onboarding charge on the first invoice not recurring licence fees, usage, or later professional services unless expressly agreed in writing.
